Looking for Regional Sales Manager

Rinstrum Smart Weighing Solutions is seeking a Regional Sales Manager/Territory Manager to work from our Troy Michigan Fulfillment Hub.  Duties include sales and marketing activities to support scale dealers and OEM customers.  The Ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of the weighing industry and be technically competent with modern weighing equipment.  The applicant should be comfortable speaking to a boardroom full of executives as well as provide training to a room full of scale technicians.  

A Regional Sales Manager for Rinstrum is responsible for the profitable management and growth of a defined multi-state territory with scale dealers as the primary channel to market. 30% overnight travel is required.  Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must.

Provide technical training for sales and service personnel on Rinstrum products, applications and processes

Support dealers with quotations, proposals and on-site customer visits

Convey leads to dealer network and follow up through dealer staff. 

Provide Rinstrum supply chain with short and long-range forecasts of product requirements

Work with engineering and product development team to build new products, features and capabilities. 

Analyze dealer sales and create annual performance objectives for territory and dealers

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients and staff.
